Your neighbor wants you

You see your neighbor?
Right across the street?
They want you.
What?
Yes.
They want you to pitch them.
You’ve got something they want.
Your copywriting.
So why are you withholding it from them?
You see, earlier today…
I was doing a group coaching call in my Six-Figure Copy Mastermind and was teaching on the fastest way to land a client.
It’s not on Twitter.
Or Instagram.
Or anywhere on the internet.
The quickest (and easiest) way to land a client is to look outside your front door.
At your neighbor across the street.
Your local coffee shop owner.
Your cousin who has a one-man roofing business.
“But Brandon, I want to land clients online, not offline!”
Okay, fine. Then play the game on hard mode.
But if you want to play the game on easy mode, you’ll do the easy thing.
And the easy thing is to look first at the people who already know, like, and trust you…
And to offer them your services.
Just remember…
You need two things to land clients:
1) Trust
2) Proof
When you’re new you have ZERO proof.
So, lean into what you do have…
Trust.
Look at the people in your contacts app, your friends on social media, and your family.
Look across the road.
Look at your favorite restaurant.
And your local shops you visit every week.
Your next client isn’t online.
He’s right in front of you.
