So what?

Want to know the hardest part about achieving your goals?

Learning to overcome your own limiting beliefs.

What exactly is a limiting belief?

It’s the same old story you keep selling yourself on about WHY you can’t do something.

Every time I’ve faced doubts in my life:

  • As a copywriter

  • As a coach

  • As a husband

  • As a father

You know what I say to myself?

“So what?”

“I’ve never done emails for an info brand before!”

So what?

Do you want to do emails? And do you want to work with info brands rather than ecom? Well, at some point in time, somebody has to be your first client. Even Gary Halbert, David Ogilvy, and Dan Kennedy had a first client.

Are you going to make it happen? Or are you going to spend the rest of 2026 dreaming about doing it and watching EVERYONE else live the life you’ve always wanted?

See how that works?

Now let’s try another.

“I’ve never landed a client before”

Ummm… so what?

Are you ready to land clients? Because there’s only one way to do it:

You have to actually just GO FOR IT. Pitch that client. Put your best foot forward. And tell them you can help them. And make them an offer.

Do you want me to personally coach you and show you exactly how to do it?

“I’ve never landed a client worth more than $1,000/month”

So what?

Maybe you’ve closed a $15 client before (that was my first client amount). Maybe you’ve got a $100 client. A $500 client. A $999 client.

But you’ve never crossed the $1,000/month mark.

Okay great. Then change that $999 to $1,000 and watch what happens.

Heck, put $2,000, $3,000, $5,000.

I remember the first time I charged a client more than $200 for a blog post.

It was $1,100 for a welcome email series. I was shaking.

But guess what happened when I gave them that number? Did I cry? Die? Get denied?

(good rhymes, Brandon!)

No!

They said, “Sure, send the invoice over.”

And I made my first $1,100. Next month, I made my first $7,000 from a single project.

Here’s another one:

“I don’t have a portfolio or testimonials, and I don’t have any client experience.”

So what?

Do you want that to be the thing that stands between you and your goals?

In January 2019, when I first started copywriting, I had none of that too. One year later, I was making $9,000/month from a few clients. Retired my wife. Moved halfway around the world to Thailand. And was waking up when I wanted and working whenever I wanted.

More:

"I don't have a steady stream of clients!"

So what.

Do you want to change that?

"I've only written copy, I'm not sure if I can become an email marketer!"

So what?

Do you want to learn the exact process real email marketers use to
do this at a high level for 7-figure brands?

"I've never done this before!"

So what?

Are you ready to FINALLY do it for the first time? Just like when you first wrote your name, rode your first bike, or had your first kiss?

"I've only been doing copywriting for a few months!"

So what?

Do you want to wait another few years before you finally allow
yourself to get paid?

“I've tried so many businesses before, but I haven't been
able to make it work yet!"

So what?

Are you ready to stop chasing shiny objects and actually turn this skill into a real business?

"I'm scared of making a big investment in myself!"

So what?

What else are you going to do? Spend another year going through the motions, taking marching orders from your boss at work, and playing it safe?

"I don't know if I can do this!"

So what?

So what?

So what?

At some point, you've gotta make a decision.

You've gotta decide if you're going to make it happen... or if
you're going to watch from the sidelines.

Roger Sterling (from Mad Men) once said:

"The only thing worse than not getting what you want, is watching
someone else get it."
